The tool is built for individual sessions: it does not manage classes with a maximum capacity or course enrollments.

FAQ for training and education

Can I cap the number of seats in a session?

No. 4appointments books one time slot per booking and has no maximum capacity or classes. For courses and workshops with limited places, you will need a different tool.

Can I run one-to-one lessons with several trainers?

Yes. Each trainer has their own schedule, and your team sees all bookings in the same calendar. Services are shared by all trainers.

Can students pay online?

No. Online payment is not available on the current plans, so payment is handled outside the tool.

Do students get reminders?

No. 4appointments does not send reminders or confirmations by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Your team keeps in touch with students directly.
