What exists and what doesn’t
Each business has a public booking page with its name, logo and color. The logo is given as a web address, not uploaded as a file. There is no snippet to paste, no iframe, and no subdomain or domain of your own: the link points to the 4appointments panel and contains a code. The panel shows the address with a button to copy it. On the page, the client chooses the service and the time, and leaves a name, an email address (optional) and a note. An administrator can generate a new link, which invalidates the old one.
- A public booking page for the whole business, with its own link
- No widget, no iframe, no WordPress plugin and no custom domain
- Logo given as a web address; business name and primary color set in the panel
- Clients book without an account, and the page is available around the clock
Putting the link on your website
On a website, the simplest approach is a button or a line of text carrying the link:
- Copy the page address from the panel and paste it into your website editor
- Create a button with a clear label, such as “Book online”, and open it in a new tab so visitors keep your site
- Write next to the button what the client will find, such as the services and how long they take
- Test the link end to end on a phone before you publish it
One link per provider, and the language
Each provider has their own link, useful if you want clients to pick a person directly, for example on each specialist’s page. On the general link, “Anyone available” leaves the choice to the system. The public page lists every service for every provider, so you cannot tie a service to one person; say so on your site or when you get in touch. The language of the public page depends on a hint in the link, so check it before you share the link, and open it on a phone to see which language it shows.
Common questions
Does 4appointments have a widget I can embed in my site?
No. There is no code snippet and no iframe. Your site links to the public page with an ordinary link, on a button or in text.
Can I use my own domain for the booking page?
No. The link points to the 4appointments panel and carries a code. You can, however, put it on a button on your site so visitors do not have to look for it.
Does the booking page always appear in my language?
There is no such guarantee. The language depends on a hint in the link, so check it before you share it, and test the link before giving it to clients.
How do I make a QR code for my link?
Use any QR code generator and paste in the link you copied from the panel. Print it, scan it with several phones and check that the booking page opens properly.
