Can I sell session packages online?

No. 4appointments does not sell packages or track remaining sessions, and online payment is not available on the current plans. Your team can create recurring bookings for regular clients; selling packages happens outside the tool.

Can I assign treatments to certain therapists and rooms?

By therapist, yes: each has their own schedule. Rooms and equipment are not bookable resources, and services are shared by all therapists.

Do clients receive reminders?

No. 4appointments sends no reminder or confirmation messages to clients. Your team keeps in touch with them directly.

Can I accept only the bookings I confirm?

Yes. Each request arrives as pending and holds the slot until your team confirms it manually.
