FAQ for dental practices

Can I give each procedure its own length?

Yes. Each service (a check-up, a cleaning, a root canal and so on) has its own duration and price, and the time reserved respects it.

Does it help with treatments that span several visits?

In part. Your team can create a recurring booking (weekly, every two weeks or every 30 days), but you cannot set an end date, and a public booking cannot become a series.

Can patients reschedule on their own?

Yes, through the management link shown on the booking confirmation screen. The link is not sent by email, so it is worth asking the patient to save it.

Does it work for practices with several dentists?

Yes. Each dentist has their own schedule and, on the public page, you can keep the “Anyone available” option. Services are shared by all dentists.
