In an event venue or conference center, much of the sales work is visits, quotation meetings and appointments at a set time. 4appointments gives clients a booking page where they choose the type of appointment (for example a venue visit) and a free time with your team. It does not reserve rooms or sell tickets: it books people’s time, not the use of rooms.

Define services such as “Venue visit” or “Quotation meeting”, with a duration and price, and the client chooses a free time.
A schedule per team member
Each salesperson has a weekly schedule with exceptions and days off, and can have a separate booking link.
A shared team calendar
Your team sees every booking in the same calendar, and the account owner sets permissions by member and by section.
Confirmation by your team
Requests arrive as pending and hold the slot until your team confirms them.

FAQ for events and conferences

Can I book rooms?

No. Rooms are not bookable resources in 4appointments: each booking takes up one team member’s time. To avoid double-booking rooms, track them in another tool.

Can I charge for reservations or tickets?

No. Online payment is not available on the current plans, and tickets are not sold. Payment is handled outside the tool.

Can clients book venue visits?

Yes. Create a service with the length of the visit and share the link to your booking page. Requests arrive as pending until your team confirms them.

Can clients reschedule or cancel?

Yes, through the management link shown on the booking confirmation screen. The link is not sent by email, and for bookings your team creates it has to be copied and sent manually.
