That works until two staff double-book the same 時段, or a client disputes how many sessions are left in their 療程. 4appointments gives you an online booking system (網上預約系統) with a booking link in your own business name and colour, a team calendar, and manual bookings your staff add themselves. Each public booking waits for your team to confirm it, and the tool sends nothing to clients: you write any reminder yourself. Payments are agreed outside the tool.
Clients book 24/7 from your business's public booking page, and your team confirms each request in the panel. Every provider has their own schedule and the team's agenda sits in a single calendar. 4appointments is an alternative for businesses in Romania to Calendly, SimplyBook.me, Booksy and Acuity Scheduling, with a monthly subscription in euro.
