Running your business
Managing appointments for a team of specialists is simpler when each person has their own provider profile, with a weekly schedule and a calendar, and you can see the whole team in one view.
Each team member who takes bookings is added as a provider. For each provider you set a weekly schedule, exceptions and days off under “Availability”, and optionally a limit on the number of appointments per day. Every service appears for every provider, because services cannot be assigned to individual people.
Clients can choose a particular provider on the booking page, or use the option “Anyone available”, which assigns the provider with the fewest bookings. You can switch that option off in the rules of the public page. Each provider also has a separate booking link that you can share.
The team calendar shows all providers together, and its visibility is set for your company: with client names, only your teams, selected colleagues or private. Access is controlled per panel member, by section and action, or as full access. Only the administrator can regenerate the public link or switch payments on, and members with the right permissions can create bookings by hand.
Reports for the last 30 days include a table per provider with the number of bookings and the total duration. There are no shift plans or occupancy figures. When someone leaves, remove or stop using their provider profile and handle existing bookings yourself.

How many staff members can I add?+
The plan limits count users of the panel (5, 10, 20 or 40 depending on the plan), not the people who have a calendar. See the pricing page for the details of each plan.
Can staff create appointments themselves?+
Yes, if their permissions allow it. You can give each member different rights for each section and action. Note that you cannot give each person their own list of services: every service is offered for every provider.
