When a client books, the booking holds the service, its duration, the date and time and the price as listed on the service. The booking does not hold any client tax details, so you collect those yourself if a client needs a company invoice.

To invoice, first confirm the booking in the panel and, once the service has been delivered, key the details into your invoicing tool by hand. You can export the bookings list as CSV, XML or PDF to have the dates, services and amounts in front of you.

The manual client list lets you keep a client’s name, email and phone, which is useful when you prepare an invoice. Bookings made on the public page do not create entries in this list, so add the clients you invoice regularly. The reports show an estimated revenue per service from list prices, which is a planning aid and not an invoice register.
