Requests arrive as pending and hold the slot until your team confirms them.

Questions from gyms and personal trainers

Can I limit the number of places per class?

No. 4appointments has no group classes or maximum capacity: each booking takes up one team member's time. It suits one-to-one sessions, not a class timetable with places.

Can I sell memberships or plans online?

No. Online payment is not available in the current plans and there are no membership plans for members; payment is handled outside the platform.

Can members book sessions with a personal trainer?

Yes. The trainer sets a weekly schedule and members request sessions at free times, with manual confirmation by your team.

Can I repeat the same session every week?

Yes. Your team can create a recurring booking (weekly, every two weeks or every 30 days) when entering a new booking. There is no end date to set and no button in the panel to cancel the whole series.
