Can I sell session packages online?
No. 4appointments does not sell packages or track remaining sessions, and online payment is not available in the current plans. For regular sessions your team can create recurring bookings, and selling the package happens outside the platform.
Can I assign treatments by therapist and by room?
By therapist, yes: each has their own schedule. Rooms and equipment do not exist as bookable resources, and services are shared by all therapists.
Can the client cancel or reschedule?
Yes, through the management link shown on the booking confirmation screen. The link is not sent by e-mail, so it is worth asking the client to save it.
Can I accept only the bookings I confirm?
Yes. Each request arrives as pending and holds the slot until your team confirms it manually.
