Booking a salon appointment online happens on the booking page the salon gives you: you choose the service, the stylist and a free time, with no phone call. One thing is worth knowing before you start: your request arrives as pending, and the salon confirms it afterwards.

Open the salon’s booking link, which it may share on its website, on social media or in a message. The page shows the salon’s name and logo and a list of services, each with its duration and price. Choose what you need (haircut, colouring, manicure and so on), depending on how the salon has set up its list.

Choose who looks after you: one stylist, or the option “Anyone available”, which the salon can switch off. Then pick a date and a free time. The page only offers free times that respect the salon’s notice rules, so a slot that is already taken cannot be selected.

Key in your name, an email address if you wish and, optionally, a short note, then send the request. The booking is created as pending: the time is held for you but is not yet confirmed. Someone from the salon’s team confirms or rejects it in their panel.
