A training or tutoring centre has trainers with different schedules and students who need to book sessions. 4appointments offers a booking page where the student chooses a service (for example a one-to-one lesson or a guidance session) and a free time with the trainer. It is designed for individual sessions: it does not manage classes with a maximum capacity or course enrolments.

Can I limit the number of places per session?
No. 4appointments reserves one time slot per booking and has no maximum capacity or classes. For courses and workshops with limited places you will need a different kind of enrolment tool.
Can I manage one-to-one lessons with several trainers?
Yes. Each trainer has their own schedule, and your team sees all bookings in the same calendar. Services are shared by all trainers.
Can students pay online?
No. Online payment is not available in the current plans; payment is handled outside the platform.
Can the student reschedule or cancel?
Yes, through the management link shown on the confirmation screen. The link is not sent by email and, for bookings created by your team, it has to be copied and sent manually.
