What exists and what does not
Each business has a public booking page with its name, a logo and a colour. The logo is given as a web address rather than uploaded as a file. There is no snippet to paste, no iframe, and no subdomain or domain of your own: the link points to the 4appointments panel and contains a code. The panel shows the address with a button to copy it. On the page, the client chooses the service and the time and leaves a name, an optional email address and a note. An administrator can generate a new link, which invalidates the old one.
- A public booking page open 24/7, with your business name, logo and primary colour.
- A link per provider, plus the “Anyone available” option on the general link.
- No widget, iframe, own domain or QR code generator.
- The language is not guaranteed: it follows hints in the link, so check it before you share it.
Putting the link on your website
On a website, the simplest approach is a button or a line of text carrying the link:
- Copy the page address from the panel.
- In your website editor, create a button with a clear label, such as “Book online”, and paste the link.
- Choose to open it in a new tab, so visitors do not lose your site.
- Test it on a phone, end to end, before you publish.
One link per provider, and the language limit
Each provider has their own link, useful if clients should choose the person directly, for example on each specialist’s page. The general link leaves the choice to the system through “Anyone available”. The public page lists every service for every provider, so you cannot tie a service to one provider; if some services can only be done by certain people, say so on your site or when you confirm the booking. The language depends on hints in the link, so open it on a phone with no browsing history and see which language it shows. 4appointments does not generate QR codes: you can make one from the copied link with any generator, and test scanning on more than one phone.
Common questions
Does 4appointments have a widget I can embed in my site?
No. There is no code snippet and no iframe. Your site links to the public page with an ordinary link, on a button or in text.
Can I use my own domain for the booking page?
No. The link points to the 4appointments panel and carries a code. You can still put it on a button on your site, so visitors do not have to look for it.
Does the booking page always appear in my language?
There is no such guarantee. The language depends on hints in the link, so check it before you share it.
How do I make a QR code for my link?
Use any QR code generator and paste in the link you copied from the panel. Print it, scan it with several phones and check that the booking page opens properly.
