FAQ for spas and wellness

Can I sell session packages online?

No. 4appointments does not sell packages or track remaining sessions, and online payment is not available in the current plans. For regular sessions your team can create recurring bookings; selling the package happens outside the platform.

Can I assign treatments by therapist and room?

By therapist, yes: each has their own schedule. Rooms and equipment are not bookable resources, and services are shared by all therapists.

Does the client receive reminders?

No. The tool does not send emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages to clients. Contact them yourself, for example the day before.

Can I take a deposit when clients book?

Not through the tool. Any deposit is agreed with the client directly, and your team confirms the booking after you have received it.
