On which channels are reminders sent?
By SMS and email. You can enable one, the other or both, at different times — e.g. an email confirmation at booking and an SMS reminder 2 hours ahead.
Can the client cancel or reschedule from the reminder?
Yes. Each message can include a secure link letting the client confirm, cancel or pick another slot — no calling you, no account.
How far ahead are they sent?
You decide. You can set several reminders (e.g. 24 hours and 2 hours ahead) and different rules per service type.
Can I customise the message text?
Yes. You use templates with variables (client name, service, date, time, location) and keep your brand voice, with separate templates for confirmation, reminder and follow-up.
Do reminders respect communication rules?
Yes. Messages include an opt-out and respect the client’s preferences. We send only transactional messages tied to their appointment.
