A booking link for every business
Your booking page is one link you can paste into a bio, a message or a site. Each specialist can also have a link of their own, and a client can ask for "any available specialist".
Free slots computed from real limits
The slots a client sees come from the working hours, the length and buffer of the service, the notice you require, how far ahead people may book, and the busy blocks imported from other calendars.
Services with their own rules
Each service has a duration, a buffer, a price, an online or in-person flag, and its own minimum notice and booking window.
A diary per specialist, and a shared one
Specialists have their own colour, time zone and daily cap. Teams get a shared calendar, and you decide who can see whose diary.
Requests that your team confirms
A new booking waits as pending and holds the slot until your team confirms or rejects it in the panel. Confirming or rejecting sends the client no message, so tell the client yourself. A pending request that nobody answers is cancelled automatically, about an hour after the end of the requested time.
Clients can move or cancel themselves
The client's confirmation screen shows a link to reschedule or cancel, with no login. The link is not sent by e-mail, and for bookings your staff create you copy and send it yourself. There is no cancellation cut-off setting.
Repeating visits for your staff
When staff create a booking they can make it repeat weekly, fortnightly or every 30 days. Sessions are generated once a day, about 30 days ahead. There is no end date and no button to cancel a whole series.
From first setup to a full diary
- Describe what you sell. Add your services with duration, buffer and price, then add the specialists who deliver them and set their hours.
- Share the link. Copy the booking page link and put it wherever your clients already find you.
- Confirm the requests. Clients pick a free slot on their own. Each request waits as pending until you confirm it in the panel, and the diary then shows it as confirmed.
- Follow what happens. Use the list, the calendar and the reports to see confirmed, pending and cancelled visits.
How calendars connect
Calendar sync works through ICS links, not through a login with Google or Microsoft. You paste the secret ICS address of an outside calendar (https only) and its busy events block those hours; the service refreshes it about every 15 minutes, for up to 3 external calendars per specialist. A one-off .ics file can also be imported as confirmed bookings.
In the other direction, each specialist has an ICS feed address that a calendar app can subscribe to. Those apps refresh subscribed feeds on their own schedule, often after a few hours. There is no two-way sync.
Plans and billing for Romanian customers
- Plans are priced in euro: Start €1, Plus €2, Pro €4 and Premium €8 a month. The first 12 months are free on every plan, with no card.
- Plans differ by seats, companies, storage and monthly e-mails, from 5 users and 100 e-mails on Start to 40 users and 10,000 e-mails on Premium.
- Plus and above bundle MyStaff, Pro adds project management and Premium adds the CRM from the same ecosystem.
- The panel and the public booking page are translated. The language of the public page depends on a hint in the link, so check it before you share the link.
What it does not do yet
- No messages to clients: no confirmation, reminder or cancellation notice goes out by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp, so contact clients yourself when needed.
- No online payments or deposits in the current plans; any payment is arranged outside the tool.
- No embeddable widget and no custom domain for the booking page; you share a link.
- Visits are pending, confirmed or cancelled. There is no separate no-show status.
- Booking does not create an invoice by itself.
