A training centre or tutor has trainers with different schedules and learners who need to book sessions. 4appointments gives learners a booking page where they choose a service, such as a one-to-one lesson or a guidance session, and a free time with the trainer. It is built for individual sessions: it does not run classes with a maximum number of places or course enrolment.

Questions from training and education providers

Is it possible to limit the number of places in each session?

No. Each booking takes one time slot, and there is no maximum capacity or class. For courses with limited places you will need a different tool.

Can I manage one-to-one lessons with several trainers?

Yes. Each trainer has their own schedule, and your team sees all bookings in the same calendar. Services are shared by all trainers.

Can learners pay online?

No. Online payment is not available in the current plans, so fees are handled outside the platform.

Can the learner reschedule or cancel?

Yes, through the management link on the confirmation screen. It is not emailed, and for bookings your team creates you need to copy the link and send it yourself.
