Can I run group classes with a limited number of places?
No. 4appointments has no group classes or maximum capacity: each booking takes up one team member's time. It suits one-to-one sessions, not a class timetable.
Can I sell memberships online?
No. Online payment is not available in the current plans, and memberships and session packages are not sold or tracked in the tool.
Can members book sessions with a personal trainer?
Yes. The trainer sets a weekly schedule and members request sessions at free times, with manual confirmation by your team.
Can I repeat the same session every week?
Yes. When entering a new booking, your team can repeat it weekly, every two weeks or every 30 days. There is no end date to set, and no button to cancel the whole series.
