Questions from spas and wellness centres

Can I sell session packages online?

No. 4appointments does not sell packages or track remaining sessions, and online payment is not available in the current plans. Selling a package happens outside the platform.

Can I assign treatments by therapist and by room?

By therapist, yes: each has their own schedule. Rooms and equipment are not bookable resources, and services are shared by all therapists.

Can clients cancel or reschedule?

Yes, through the management link on the booking confirmation screen. It is not emailed, so ask the client to save it. There is no minimum notice for cancelling or rescheduling.

Can I accept only the bookings I confirm?

Yes. Each request arrives as pending and holds the slot until your team confirms it manually.
