Can I set a different duration for each procedure?
Yes. Each procedure (check-up, scale and clean, root canal and so on) has its own duration and price, and the time reserved matches it.
Does it help with treatments that need several visits?
In part. Your team can create a recurring booking (weekly, every two weeks or every 30 days), but there is no end date to set, and a public booking cannot become a series.
Can patients change their own appointments?
Yes, through the management link on the booking confirmation screen. It is not emailed, so ask the patient to save it. There is no minimum notice for cancelling or rescheduling.
Does it suit practices with more than one dentist?
Yes. Every dentist has their own schedule and availability. Patients can choose a dentist when booking, or leave the 'Anyone available' option switched on.
