An events venue or conference centre spends much of its sales time on visits, quotation meetings and appointments at a set time. 4appointments gives clients a booking page where they choose the type of appointment, for example a venue visit, and a free time with your team. It books people's time, not rooms or tickets: rooms are not bookable resources, and tickets are not sold in the tool.

Can I reserve rooms?
No. Rooms are not bookable resources in 4appointments: each booking takes up one team member's time. You will need to track room use in another tool.
Can I charge for bookings or tickets?
No. Online payment is not available in the current plans and tickets are not sold, so payment is agreed with the client outside the tool.
Can I book venue visits?
Yes. Create a service with the length of the visit and share the link to your booking page. Requests arrive as pending until your team confirms them.
Can the client reschedule or cancel?
Yes, through the management link on the confirmation screen. It is not emailed, and for bookings your team creates you need to copy the link and send it yourself.
