Is it possible to manage appointments across several doctors and specialties?
Yes. Each doctor has their own weekly schedule and can have a separate booking link. Services are shared: the public page lists every service for any doctor, so a consultation cannot be tied to one doctor.
Are bookings confirmed straight away?
No. Every booking made on the public page arrives as pending and holds the slot until your team confirms it. Confirming or rejecting does not send the patient a message, so contact them yourself if needed.
Can patients cancel or reschedule?
Yes, through a management link shown on the booking confirmation screen. It is not emailed; for bookings your team creates, you need to copy the link and send it yourself. There is no minimum notice for cancelling or rescheduling.
Does it work alongside reception?
Yes. Your team enters phone bookings by hand in the same calendar that online requests arrive in, so nothing has to be entered twice.
