A training or tutoring centre has trainers with different schedules and learners who need to book sessions. 4appointments gives learners a booking page where they choose a service, such as a one-to-one lesson or a guidance session, and a free time with the trainer. It is built for individual sessions: it does not run group classes with a maximum number of places, and it does not handle course enrolment or fees.

Confirmation by your team
Requests arrive as pending and hold the slot until your team confirms them. Confirming sends the learner no message.

Questions from training centres

Can I limit the number of places per session?

No. 4appointments books one time slot per booking and has no group classes or maximum capacity. For courses and workshops with limited places you need a different kind of enrolment tool.

Can I manage one-to-one lessons with several trainers?

Yes. Each trainer has their own schedule, and your team sees all bookings in the same calendar. Services are shared by all trainers.

Can learners pay online?

No. Online payment for bookings is not available on the current plans, so payment is agreed and handled outside the platform.

Can the learner reschedule or cancel?

Yes, through the management link on the confirmation screen. The link is not emailed, so for bookings your team creates, you need to copy it and send it yourself.
