What exists and what does not
Each business has a public booking page with a name, logo and colour. The logo is given as a web address, not uploaded as a file. The link points to the 4appointments panel and contains a code. The panel shows the address with a button to copy it. On the page, the customer chooses the service and the time, and leaves a name, an email address (optional) and a note. An administrator can generate a new link, which makes the old one stop working.
- No widget, iframe or embed code, and no WordPress or Webflow plugin
- No custom domain or subdomain: the link carries a code and points to the 4appointments panel
- The logo is a web address, and the primary colour is set in the panel
- The booking page is open 24/7, and each provider can also have a link of their own
Putting the link on your website
On a website, the simplest approach is a button or a line of text carrying the link. Write next to the button what the customer will find, such as the services and how long they take. If your editor allows it, add the link to the contact page and the footer too.
- Copy the page address from the panel
- In your website editor, add a button with a clear label, such as "Book online", and paste the link
- Choose to open it in a new tab, so visitors do not lose your site
- Test it end to end on a phone before you publish, and check which language it opens in
One link per provider, and the language limit
Each provider has their own link, which is useful when customers want a specific person, for example on each specialist's page. The general link has an "Anyone available" option. The public page lists every service for every provider, so you cannot restrict a service to one person; if some services are done only by certain people, say so on your site or when you confirm. 4appointments does not generate QR codes, but you can make one from the copied link with any generator and print it, testing it on more than one phone and writing the address out in full as well. The page does not guarantee a language: it follows a hint in the link, so open the link on a phone with no browsing history, check which language it shows, and warn customers if needed.
Common questions
Does 4appointments have a widget I can embed in my site?
No. There is no code snippet and no iframe. Your site links to the public page with an ordinary link, on a button or in text.
Can I use my own domain for the booking page?
No. The link points to the 4appointments panel and carries a code. You can, however, put it on a button on your site, so visitors do not have to look for it.
Does the booking page always appear in my language?
There is no such guarantee. The language depends on hints in the link, so check it before you share it, and test the link before giving it to customers.
How do I make a QR code for my link?
Use any QR code generator and paste in the link you copied from the panel. Print it, scan it with several phones and check that the booking page opens properly.
