Can I give customers one single booking link?
Yes. You have one link to your booking page, which you can share by email, in your signature or on social media. The customer chooses among your free times.
Does it connect to my calendar?
Only in part. You can subscribe to another calendar's ICS link to import busy blocks, and export your 4appointments calendar as an ICS link. There is no two-way connection with Google Calendar or Outlook.
Can I be paid for sessions through 4appointments?
Not through the tool: online payment for bookings is not available on the current plans. Payment is agreed with the customer outside the platform.
Are bookings confirmed straight away?
No. Each request arrives as pending and holds the slot until you confirm it manually, which lets you accept only what suits you.
