In an event venue or conference centre, much of the sales work is visits, quotation meetings and appointments at a set time. 4appointments gives customers a booking page where they choose the type of appointment, such as a venue visit, and a free time with your team. It does not reserve rooms or sell tickets: it books people's time, not the use of rooms.

Questions from event venues

Can I reserve rooms?

No. Rooms are not bookable resources in 4appointments: each booking takes up one team member's time. Track room use in another tool to avoid double bookings.

Can I take payment for reservations or tickets?

No. Online payment is not available on the current plans and the tool does not sell tickets. Payment is agreed and handled outside the platform.

Can I book venue visits?

Yes. Create a service with the length of the visit and share the link to your booking page. Requests arrive as pending until your team confirms them.

Can the customer reschedule or cancel?

Yes, through the management link on the confirmation screen. The link is not emailed, so for bookings your team creates, copy it and send it yourself.
