Questions from spas and wellness centres

Can I sell session packages online?

No. The tool does not sell packages or count down remaining sessions, and online payment is not available on the current plans. For regular sessions your team can create repeat bookings; packages are sold and tracked outside the platform.

Can I assign treatments by therapist and by room?

By therapist, yes: each has their own schedule. Rooms and equipment are not bookable resources, and services are shared by all therapists.

Can the customer cancel or reschedule?

Yes, through the management link on the confirmation screen. The link is not emailed, so ask the customer to save it.

Can I accept only the bookings I confirm?

Yes. Each request arrives as pending and holds the slot until your team confirms it manually.
