Can every stylist have their own availability?

Yes. Each team member has their own weekly schedule, with exceptions and days off. Services are shared, though: the public page shows every service for any stylist.

Can a customer book more than one service at once?

Not in one booking: each booking is one service. For a cut and a colour in a row, you can create one service with the total duration, for example "Cut and colour".

Can I accept only the bookings that suit me?

Yes. New requests arrive as pending and hold the slot until your team confirms or rejects them. You can also set the minimum and maximum notice for requests made on the public page.

Can I enter bookings that come in by phone?

Yes. Your team creates the booking by hand in the "Booking" section, and it appears in the same calendar as online requests.
