It is built for individual sessions: it does not manage classes with a maximum capacity or course enrollments.

FAQ: training and tutoring

Can I limit the number of places per session?

No. 4appointments reserves one time slot per booking and has no maximum capacity or classes. For courses and workshops with limited seats you will need a different enrollment tool.

Can I manage one-to-one lessons with several trainers?

Yes. Each trainer has their own schedule, and your team sees all bookings in the same calendar. Services are shared by all trainers.

Can students pay online?

No. Online payment for bookings is not available on the current plans; payment is handled outside the platform.

Can the student reschedule or cancel?

Yes, through the manage link shown on the confirmation screen. The link is not sent by email and, for bookings created by your team, it has to be copied and sent manually.
