How do you book a salon appointment online?
Pick your service and time on the salon’s booking page, with no call. The request stays pending until the salon confirms it.
For customers booking
Booking a salon appointment online happens on the booking page the salon shares with you. You choose the service, the stylist and a free time, with no phone tag. One thing is worth knowing before you start: your request arrives as pending, and the salon confirms it afterwards.
Start from the salon’s booking link. You’ll usually find it on their website, their Instagram bio or in a message. The page shows the salon’s name and logo and a list of services with their duration and price. Choose what you’re coming in for (haircut, color, manicure and so on), depending on how the salon has set up its list.
Choose who looks after you. You can pick a favorite stylist or the option “Anyone available”, which the salon can switch off. Then select a date and a free time. The page only offers free times that fit the salon’s notice rules, so a slot someone else already took won’t be shown.
Enter your name, an email address if you like and, optionally, a short note, then send the request. The booking is created as pending: your time is held, but it isn’t confirmed yet. Someone from the salon’s team confirms or rejects it in their panel, and nothing is emailed to you. On the final screen, save the link for canceling or rescheduling, because it’s the only place you’ll see it.
Payment is made at the salon, since online payment isn’t available in the current plans. Any deposit would be agreed with the salon directly. If nobody handles a pending request, the system cancels it quietly about an hour after the requested time has passed, so if you need certainty, for example before a big event, contact the salon.
What to remember
- ✓You don’t need an account to request an appointment
- ✓Only free times are shown, so two customers can’t share a slot with the same stylist
- ✓Keep the cancel or reschedule link from the final screen, since it isn’t emailed
Common questions
What should I do if my preferred time isn’t available?+
Try a different date or another stylist, or get in touch with the salon directly. The booking page has no waitlist.
Will I get a confirmation email?+
Don’t count on it. The booking page doesn’t send confirmation emails or reminders to customers. Keep the link from the final screen and ask the salon how it will confirm your booking.
