Customising the booking page with your brand

Set your business name, logo and primary colour; other elements of the page are fixed for now.

Set-up and integrations

The 4appointments booking page can carry your identity in three ways: the business name, a logo and a primary colour. All three are set in one place, under “Branding” in the panel, and take a couple of minutes. Here is what you can change and what is not available.

Open “Branding” in the panel and enter the business name exactly as clients know it; it appears at the top of the booking page. Then add the logo. It is given as a web address, not uploaded as a file, so place the image on your website or another host first and paste its address. A clear logo with a transparent or plain background looks best.

Pick the primary colour. It is used for buttons and highlights, so choose one from your brand and make sure that white text stays readable on it. Open the page in a private window afterwards to see exactly what a client sees.

Decide what the page shows through your services and rules. Each service has a name, duration and price, and you control the notice rules and the option “Any available person” in the public-page rules. There is no field for a business description, a photo or a cover image, and no space for instructions such as parking, so give those details to clients when you confirm.

Share the link and check the language of the page first, because it depends on the link. The page stays on 4appointments’ own address, with no custom domain, and each provider can have their own link.

Points to remember

  • ✓Business name, logo and primary colour are set under “Branding”
  • ✓The logo is a web address, not a file upload
  • ✓No cover photo, descriptions or instruction texts are available

Common questions

Is it possible to use my own domain for the booking page?+

No. The page opens on 4appointments’ own address and there is no setting for a custom domain or subdomain. You can place a link on your own site that leads to it.

Will my clients see 4appointments branding on the page?+

The page is yours in name, logo and colour, but it stays on 4appointments’ own address, and there is no setting to remove that. Use your website or social media for photos and longer descriptions.
