Adding booking to your own website takes just a few minutes and no programming. What you add is a link or button that opens your 4appointments booking page. The tool does not offer embed code, a plugin or an API at the moment, so the calendar opens on its own page rather than inside yours.

Copy your booking link in the panel using the copy button. The business has one link, and each provider has their own, so you can send visitors to the whole business or straight to one person’s calendar.

Add a button or link on your site. Every website builder lets you link text or a button to an address, so use wording such as “Book now” or “Book an appointment” and place it in the menu, the header and next to your services.

Make the target match the site. The booking page shows your business name, a logo given as a web address and your primary colour, all set under “Branding”. Choose a colour close to your site’s own, so the move between the two feels natural.

Know what to expect: the page opens on 4appointments’ own address, not on your domain, and there is no widget, iframe or script that places the calendar inside your page. Test it from a phone by making a request, then confirm or reject it in the Bookings section, and check the page language first, since it depends on the link.

Can the booking button match the colours of my site?+

The button belongs to your website, so you style it with your own tools. The colour of the booking page itself is set under “Branding” in the panel.

Can I embed the calendar inside my own page?+

No. There is no widget or iframe, so the calendar always opens on the 4appointments page that your link points to.
