A training or tutoring centre has trainers with different schedules and learners who need to book sessions. 4appointments offers a booking page where the learner chooses a service (for example a one-to-one lesson or a guidance session) and a free time with the trainer. It is designed for individual appointments: it does not manage classes with a maximum capacity or course enrolments.

Questions from training and tutoring

Can I limit the number of places per session?

No. 4appointments books one time slot per booking, with no maximum capacity and no classes. For courses and workshops with limited places you will need a different kind of enrolment tool.

Can I manage one-to-one lessons with several trainers?

Yes. Each trainer has their own schedule, and your team sees all bookings in the same calendar. Services are shared by all trainers.

Can learners pay online?

No. Online payment is not available on the current plans; payment is handled outside the platform.

Can the learner reschedule or cancel?

Yes, through the management link shown on the confirmation screen. The link is not emailed and, for bookings created by your team, it has to be copied and sent manually.
