Questions from dental practices

Yes. Each service (a check-up, scale and polish, root canal and so on) has its own duration and price, and the time reserved respects that duration.

How does it work for treatment that takes several visits?

Your team can create a recurring booking (weekly, every two weeks or every 30 days), but there is no end date to set and a public booking cannot become a series. Each visit is a booking, and reminders to patients have to come from your team.

Can patients reschedule on their own?

Yes, through the management link shown on the booking confirmation screen. The link is not emailed, so ask the patient to save it.

Does it suit a practice with several dentists?

Yes. Each dentist has their own schedule and, on the public page, you can keep the «Anyone available» option. Services are shared by all dentists.
