24/7 booking page, team calendar, rescheduling by link

The core of this offer for any appointment-driven business. Clients book themselves, round the clock, through the booking page link, which you can place on your website, your Google listing or social media. Every request holds the slot and appears in the panel, where your team confirms or declines it manually.

• 24/7 booking page

  The client picks the service, the provider (or any available person) and a free slot, without an account. Each provider also has their own link.

• Team calendar and roles

  Day, week, month or list calendar; permissions per member and section; adjustable visibility of the team calendar.

• Availability rules

  Weekly schedule, exceptions and days off per provider; duration, pause after a booking, minimum notice and maximum advance booking, set per service or for the whole page.

• Rescheduling and cancelling by link

  The client can move or cancel the booking from the link shown on their confirmation screen. The link is not sent by e-mail.

Messages to clients sent from 4notify, with its own data

4notify is a separate app in the ecosystem: it sends SMS and WhatsApp messages through an API or from the panel. Bookings in 4appointments do not send any messages to clients (neither confirmations nor reminders); messages from 4notify are sent separately, from 4notify.

Invoices issued in 4invoices, e-Factura in SPV

4invoices is a separate app for electronic invoicing. Documents are issued in 4invoices, not from the booking calendar; there is no automatic data transfer between the two. 4appointments does not take online payments in the current plans: a deposit or payment is agreed directly with the client, outside the app.

  Invoices are completed and issued in 4invoices, with the client's details entered there; they do not start from a booking.

• e-Factura ANAF

  For Romania, issued documents can be submitted to SPV through 4invoices' ANAF integration.

  4appointments has no online payment (deposit, card) in the current plans: payment is agreed with the client outside the app, and the team confirms the booking manually.

  4invoices has a public API (client_credentials authentication, Idempotency-Key on fiscal issuing) for integrations you build yourself.

Templates, negotiation with versions, simple electronic signature

4mycontracts is a separate app for contracts: templates, manual negotiation with version comparison, a review and signing flow, and an archive with history. It is not tied to bookings: documents are not sent automatically for an appointment.

4softhr is a separate app for staff administration. Availability in 4appointments is set separately, per provider (weekly schedule, exceptions, days off); leave and shifts in 4softhr do not automatically close slots on the booking page.

4marketingonline is a separate app for online marketing. It does not read the booking calendar and does not send campaigns to your calendar's clients on its own.

  Search for prospective clients in ANAF and Google Places; no local registers from other countries are used.

• Separate data

  Prospected contacts stay in 4marketingonline; they are not synchronised automatically with the client list in 4appointments.

• Does not read the calendar

  It has no access to the booking calendar and does not suggest campaigns based on free slots.

• Does not attribute bookings

  It does not measure which campaign produced a booking in 4appointments.
