Handling appointments for a team is easier when each person has their own provider profile, with a weekly schedule and a calendar, and you can see the whole team in one view.
Each employee who takes bookings is added as a provider. For each provider you set a weekly schedule, exceptions and days off under “Availability”, and optionally a limit on appointments per day. Every service appears for every provider, because services can’t be assigned to individual people.
Customers can choose a particular provider on the booking page, or use the option “Anyone available”, which assigns the provider with the fewest bookings. You can switch that option off in the public-page rules. Each provider also has a separate booking link that you can share.
The team calendar shows all providers together, and its visibility is set for your company: with customer names, only your teams, selected colleagues or private. Access is controlled per panel member, by section and by action, or as full access. Team members with the right permissions can create bookings by hand.
Reports for the last 30 days include a table per provider with the number of bookings and the total duration. There are no shift plans or occupancy figures. When someone leaves, stop using their provider profile and handle their existing bookings yourself.

How many team members can I add?+
The plan limits count panel users (5, 10, 20 or 40 depending on the plan), not the people who have a calendar. See the pricing page for the details of each plan.
Can staff create appointments by themselves?+
Yes, if their permissions allow it. You can set different rights for each member, for each section and action. Every service is offered for every provider, so use clear service names or separate providers if you need to tell them apart.
