Managing appointments for several team members

Each team member who takes bookings is added as a provider. For each one you set a weekly schedule, exceptions and days off under “Availability”, and optionally a limit on appointments per day. Every service appears for every provider, because services cannot be assigned to individual people.

Clients can choose a particular provider on the booking page, or use the option “Any available person”, which assigns the provider with the fewest bookings and which you can switch off in the rules of the public page. Each provider also has a separate booking link that you can share.

The team calendar shows all providers together, and you can filter it by provider. Its visibility is set for your company: with client names, only your teams, selected colleagues or private. Panel members linked to a provider see their own calendar by default, and you can drag appointments to move them.

Access is controlled per panel member, by section and by action, or as full access, and members with the right permissions can create bookings by hand. When someone leaves, stop using their provider profile and handle their existing bookings yourself. Reports for the last 30 days include a table per provider with bookings and total duration.
