A 4appointments plan includes access to other apps in the 4b2b ecosystem, but each keeps its own data. There is no automatic sync with CRM, ERP or HR.
Bookings are only part of what a business does, and the 4b2b ecosystem has apps for CRM, ERP, HR and other needs. 4appointments plans include access to those apps, but each works with its own data: a booking does not automatically create a client in the CRM, record services in the ERP or generate timesheets in HR. To carry data elsewhere, 4appointments offers an export of the bookings list and ICS-compatible calendars.
How 4appointments relates to the rest of the ecosystem
Separate data, no automatic sync
There is no automatic integration between bookings and CRM, ERP or HR: no clients are created in a CRM, no services are recorded for invoicing or stock, and no hours are sent to timesheets. The client list in 4appointments is filled in manually (name, e-mail, phone), and public bookings do not add entries to it.
Export and ICS calendar
The bookings list can be exported as CSV, XML or PDF, to be carried manually into another application. Each provider can export their bookings through an ICS link, and external calendars can be subscribed to via ICS for busy time. There is no public API, no webhooks and no connectors.
