Does the platform reduce no-shows?
It has no no-show status and sends no automatic reminders. Patients can cancel or reschedule through the link on their confirmation screen, and your team can follow up by phone or message before the appointment.
Does it work alongside the front desk?
Yes. Online bookings appear in the same calendar reception uses, and your team can enter phone bookings by hand in the «Booking» section.
Can I control what each team member sees?
Yes. Permissions are set per member, by section and action, and the team calendar can be company-wide, by team, for selected colleagues or private.
