Can I give clients one booking link?
Yes. You have one link to your booking page, which you can share by email, in your signature or on social media; the client chooses among your free times.
Does it connect to my calendar?
In part. You can subscribe to another calendar's ICS link to import busy blocks, and export your 4appointments calendar through an ICS link. There is no two-way connection with Google Calendar or Outlook.
Can I charge for sessions?
Not through 4appointments: online payment for bookings is not available on the current plans. Payment is up to you, outside the tool, using the methods you already use.
Are bookings confirmed straight away?
No. Each request arrives as pending and holds the slot until you confirm it manually, which lets you accept only what suits you.
