Booking link for your website: what exists

4appointments has no booking widget and no code to embed in your site. What exists is a public booking page, with a link of its own for your business. You can put that link on a button on your website, in a message, or in a QR code generated with another tool.

What exists and what does not

Each business has a public booking page with a name, logo and colour. The logo is given as a web address, not uploaded as a file. There is no snippet to paste, no iframe, and no subdomain or domain of your own: the link points to the 4appointments panel and contains a code. The panel shows the address and a button to copy it. On the page, the client chooses the service and the time and leaves a name, an email address (optional) and a note. An administrator can generate a new link, which invalidates the old one.

  • A public booking page with its own link and a copy button in the panel.
  • Branding is the business name, the logo (as a web address) and the primary colour.
  • No widget, no iframe and no own domain or subdomain.
  • An administrator can generate a new link, and the old one stops working.

Putting the link on your website

On a website, the simplest approach is a button or text carrying the link:

  • Copy the page address from the panel.
  • In your website editor, create a button with a clear label, such as "Book online", and paste the link.
  • Choose to open it in a new tab, so visitors do not lose your site, and write next to the button which services the client will find.
  • Avoid intermediaries: the button should open the booking page directly. Test it on a phone before you publish.

One link per provider, QR codes and language

Each provider has their own link, useful if you want clients to choose the person directly, for example on each specialist's page. On the general link, the "Anyone available" option leaves the choice to the system. The public page lists every service for every provider, so do not promise on your site a restriction the tool does not apply. 4appointments does not generate QR codes: create one with any generator from the copied link, print it, and test scanning on more than one phone. Write the address out in full on the poster too. The page does not guarantee a particular language either: it depends on hints in the link, so open the link on a phone with no browsing history, check the language and warn clients if needed.

Common questions

Does 4appointments have a widget I can embed in my site?

No. There is no code snippet and no iframe. Your site links to the public page with an ordinary link, on a button or in text.

Can I use my own domain for the booking page?

No. The link points to the 4appointments panel and carries a code. You can, however, put it on a button on your site, so visitors do not have to look for it.

Does the booking page always appear in my language?

There is no such guarantee. The language depends on hints in the link, so check it before you share it. Test the link before giving it to clients.

How do I make a QR code for my link?

Use any QR code generator and paste in the link you copied from the panel. Print it, scan it with several phones and check that the booking page opens properly.
