What is the public booking page and how does it work?
A link where clients see free times and ask for a booking by themselves, at any hour.
Setup & integrations
The public booking page is the face of your booking system. It’s a link you share wherever your clients are, and on it they choose a service and a free time without contacting you. Here’s exactly what the page does and what stays your job.
Each business has its own booking page, and you copy its link from the panel with a copy button. The page lives on 4appointments’ own address, not on your domain, and it’s open round the clock. Each provider also has a separate link.
The client sees the business name and logo, the services with duration and price, and the free times. They can pick a particular provider or “Any available person”, which picks the provider with fewer bookings and can be switched off in the public-page rules. Only free times are offered, shaped by your notice rules.
To book, the client gives a name, an optional email address and a free note. No account is needed. The request is saved as pending and holds the slot until your team confirms or rejects it in the Bookings section.
On the final screen the client gets a management link for cancelling or rescheduling. It isn’t emailed, and the tool sends no confirmation or reminder, so you inform clients yourself. Share the link in your Instagram bio, on your website or in messages, and check the page’s language first, since it depends on the link. Payment isn’t taken on the page.

Common questions
Can I have more than one booking page?+
Each provider has a separate link in addition to the main one, so you can send clients straight to one person’s calendar. You can’t create separate pages for different types of service.
Is an account required for clients to book?+
No. They book as guests with a name, an optional email address and a free note, and they get a management link on the final screen.
