An online client calendar is a public booking page that you share by link. Clients see your services and free times and send a request by themselves, at any hour, and you confirm each one in your panel.

Create a 4appointments account and add your services (with duration and price) and your providers with their weekly schedules. Once the public page is switched on, your business has a booking link you can copy with a button in the panel. The link sits on the panel’s own address, not on your domain.

The page lists your services, lets clients choose a provider or “Any available person”, and shows a calendar of free times. Guests book without an account, giving a name, an email address if they like and a free note. It’s open 24 hours a day.

Under “Branding” you can set your business name, a logo (entered as a link to an image, not uploaded) and a primary colour. There’s no description field or photo gallery.

Share the link wherever your clients are: on your website as a “Book now” button or link, in your Instagram bio, in your email signature or in a message. Each provider has a separate link too. Every request arrives as pending, so you confirm it and tell the client yourself.

Common questions

Can I put the calendar on my current website?+

Not as an embedded calendar, because there’s no widget. Add a “Book now” button or link on your site that opens your booking page.

Is it possible to have more than one booking page (per staff member or location)?+

There’s one page per business plus a separate link for each provider. If you work from several places, create a provider for each place and share that link.
