How do I put my own branding on the booking page?

Set your business name, logo and primary colour; other elements of the page are fixed for now.

Setup & integrations

The 4appointments booking page can carry your identity in three ways: your business name, a logo and a primary colour. They’re all set in one place, under Branding in the panel. Here’s what you can change, what the page shows by default and what isn’t available.

Open Branding in the panel and enter your business name exactly as clients know it. It appears at the top of the booking page, so use the form customers recognise from your signs and social media.

Add the logo. It’s given as a web address, not uploaded as a file, so place the image on your website or another host first and paste its address. Then pick the primary colour, used for buttons and highlights, and make sure white text stays readable on it.

Decide what the page shows through your services and rules. Each service has a name, duration and price, and you control the notice rules and the “Any available person” option in the public-page rules. There’s no field for a description, photo or cover image, and no space for instructions such as parking, so give those details to clients when you confirm.

Share the link and check the page’s language first, because it depends on the link. Open the page in a private window to see exactly what a client sees. The page stays on 4appointments’ own address, with no custom domain, and each provider can have their own link.

Common questions

Is it possible to use my own domain for the booking page?+

No. The page opens on 4appointments’ own address and there’s no setting for a custom domain or subdomain. You can place a link on your own site that leads to it.

Can I add photos or a description of my services?+

Not at present. A service shows its name, duration and price. Use your website or social media for photos and longer descriptions, and share them alongside your booking link.
