How to set up an online calendar for your clients
A public booking page showing open times, with a link you can share wherever your clients are.
Calendar & availability
An online calendar for clients is a public booking page that you share by link. Clients see the services and the open times and send a request on their own, at any hour, and you confirm each one in your panel.
Create your account and add your services, with duration and price, and your providers with their weekly schedules. Once the public page is switched on, your business has a booking link, which you can copy with a button in the panel. The link sits on the panel’s host, not on your own domain.
The page lists the services, lets the client pick a provider or “Any available person”, and shows a calendar of open times. Guests book without an account, giving a name, an email address if they wish and a free note, and the page is available 24 hours a day.
You can adapt the look of the page under “Branding”: your business name, a logo (entered as a link to an image rather than uploaded) and a primary colour. There’s no description field or photo gallery.
Share the link wherever your clients are: on your website as an ordinary button or link, in your Instagram bio, in your email signature or in a message. Each provider also has a separate link. The page’s language follows a hint in the link, so open it and check it before you share it. Every request arrives as pending, so you confirm it in the bookings list and tell the client yourself.

Common questions
Can I put the calendar on the website I already have?+
There’s no embeddable calendar. Add a “Book now” button or link on your site that opens your booking page.
Is it possible to have more than one booking page (for each staff member or location)?+
There’s one page per business, plus a separate link for each provider. If you work from several places, you can create a provider for each place and share that link. The page can’t use your own domain; the link stays on the panel’s host.
