Running your client appointments from an online app
One panel for your bookings, providers and services, with a calendar you can read by day, week or month.
Management for business
An online booking app gives you one panel for the whole diary: incoming requests, the calendar, your providers and services, and a simple view of recent activity.
Start by setting up the services you offer (each with a name, duration and price) and the providers who deliver them, each with their own weekly schedule. Under “Availability” you add the days and hours when each provider can be booked, plus exceptions and days off.
Clients request appointments on your public booking page, and each request appears in the bookings list of your panel as pending. There you confirm or reject it; confirming sends the client nothing, so you contact them yourself. When a client phones or walks in, you can also create a booking by hand.
The calendar can be viewed as day, week, month or a list, and you can see the whole team’s calendar according to the visibility you set. The bookings list can be exported as CSV, XML or PDF, and roles let you give each team member access to certain sections and actions only.
The client list is manual: names, emails and phone numbers that you enter, and public bookings don’t add entries to it. Reports show confirmed, pending and cancelled bookings, the cancellation rate, bookings per day, service and provider, and an estimated revenue per service based on list prices. There’s no occupancy figure and no automatic client messaging.

Common questions
Can I limit what staff are able to see of sensitive data?+
Yes. The account owner can give each member access to selected sections and actions, or full access. The team calendar can show client names, only your teams, selected colleagues, or be private.
Is it possible to bring in appointments I already have in another system?+
Only through an .ics file, which is imported once as confirmed bookings. It covers events starting within the next 60 days, the file can be up to 2 MB, and the title becomes the client’s name, with no email or phone. There’s no CSV import.
