Booking a car servicing appointment online lets you choose the type of job and a free timing on the workshop’s booking page, with no waiting on the phone. The request is pending until the workshop confirms it, usually by phone or message.
Open the booking link the workshop has given you, on its website or in a message from the mechanic. The page lists the workshop’s services, each with a duration and a price. Choose the job you need, such as an inspection, an oil change or diagnostics, depending on what the workshop has listed.
Pick a mechanic or “Anyone available”, then choose a date and a free timing. The free timings follow from the workshop’s schedules and the duration of the job, so you cannot take a timing that is already taken by the same mechanic.
Key in your name, an email address if you wish and an optional note. The form has no fields for the make, model or plate number, and the team may not see the note in the calendar, so give those details and a description of the problem when the workshop contacts you. Then send the request: it is created as pending and the timing is held.
The workshop confirms from its panel; 4appointments sends you no confirmation email or reminder. Save the cancel or reschedule link on the final screen. Payment, and any deposit for parts, is arranged with the workshop directly, because online payment is not available in the current plans. If the workshop never confirms, the pending request is cancelled by the system about an hour after the requested time, so phone first if your car must be in on a certain day.
