An online calendar for customers is a public booking page that you share through a link. Customers see your services and free times and send a request on their own, at any hour, and you confirm each one in your panel.

Create your account and add your services, with duration and price, and your providers with their weekly schedules. As soon as the public page is on, your business has a booking link that you can copy with a button in the panel. The link sits on the panel’s own address, not on your own domain.

The page lists your services, lets customers pick a provider or “Anyone available”, and shows a calendar of free times. Guests book without an account, giving a name, an email address if they like and a free note. The page is open 24 hours a day.

You can adapt the look of the page under “Branding”: your business name, a logo (entered as a link to an image rather than uploaded) and a primary color. There’s no description field or cover photo.

Share the link wherever customers are: a “Book now” link on your website, your Instagram or Facebook bio, your email signature or a Messenger or Viber message. Each provider also has a separate link. Remember that every request arrives as pending, so you confirm it in the bookings list and tell the customer yourself.

Is it possible to embed the calendar on my current website?+

No, there’s no embeddable calendar. Add a “Book now” button on your site that opens your booking page.

Can I set up several booking pages (by staff member or by location)?+

There’s one page per business, plus a link for each provider. If you work from several places, create a provider for each place and share that link. You can’t use your own domain for the page at the moment.
