Use the management link from your confirmation screen to cancel in a few clicks, with no call to make.

Cancelling an appointment booked on a 4appointments page is over in seconds, as long as you kept the management link shown on the screen when you booked. If you did not, the business can cancel the booking for you.

When you send a booking request, the final screen shows a management link for cancelling or rescheduling. That is the link you need. It is not sent by email, so save it as a note or a screenshot straight away.

Open the link and you will see your appointment with the option to cancel it. Confirm and the appointment is cancelled at once. There is no account to log in to and no password. The slot is released in the calendar and becomes available to other clients, while the business sees the change in its booking list but is not sent an automatic message.

If the booking was entered by the business’s own team, or belongs to a recurring series, you will not have seen a confirmation screen, so the team has to send you the link. Ask them for it, or ask them to cancel the booking from their panel.

The link has no cut-off time and no refund rules: any rule on late cancellation, or on money paid beforehand, belongs to the business and is agreed outside the tool, since online payment is not available in the current plans. If you cannot find the link, contact the business with the date, time, service and your name.

Is it possible to cancel on the same day?+

The link itself sets no minimum notice. Whether a late cancellation has any consequence is up to the business, so check its own rules or give them a call.

What if I have lost my management link?+

Phone or message the business with the date, time, service and your name, and its team can cancel the booking manually from the panel.
