At an event venue or conference centre, much of the sales work is visits, quotation meetings and appointments at a set time. 4appointments gives clients a booking page where they choose the type of appointment, such as a venue visit, and a free time with your team. It does not reserve rooms or sell tickets: it books people's time, not the use of rooms.

Define services such as «Venue visit» or «Quotation meeting», each with a duration and a price, and the client chooses a free time.

Each salesperson has a weekly schedule with exceptions and days off, and can have a separate booking link.

Requests arrive as pending and hold the slot until your team confirms them.

FAQ for events and conferences

Can I reserve rooms?

No. Rooms do not exist as bookable resources in 4appointments: each booking takes up one team member's time. To avoid double-booking rooms, you will need to track them in another tool.

Can I charge for reservations or tickets?

No. Online payment is not available on the current plans, and tickets are not sold. Payment is handled outside the platform.

Can I book venue visits?

Yes. Create a service with the length of the visit and share the link to your booking page. Requests arrive as pending until your team confirms them.

Can the client reschedule or cancel?

Yes, through the manage link shown on the booking confirmation screen. The link is not sent by email and, for bookings created by your team, it has to be copied and sent manually.
